“Julia really cared about our personal growth as teachers. The environment that she created gave a feeling of community and intimacy that created a perfect foundation for our exploration of prenatal yoga. With years of experience as a yogi, yoga teacher, doula and prenatal teacher, Julia brings lots of knowledge and authentic care for each participant. She draws upon her real-life experience. I have learned more than I ever expected and feel so grateful for that.”.

The videos on these modules for the dual stream are SO GOOD. First of all it’s great to be able to see/hear you guys especially as a home-study person and secondly so much of the content is covering stuff I was really wondering about (e.g what is meant by emotional support, and the nuances of relationship building with primary care folks). Loving it!!

Do I need a 200 Hour certification to take the course?

While prior teaching experience is helpful, it is not mandatory. Some familiarity with yoga postures and terminology, both in Sanskrit and English, will facilitate your understanding of the course content and help your learning flow with more ease. Should you have any inquiries regarding Yoga Alliance accreditations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Is this a Yoga Alliance certified program?

Yes! We are recognized as a Registered Yoga School (RYS) for the 200 Hour, 300 Hour, and 85 Hour Prenatal levels. Upon successful completion of one of our programs, you will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and certified to teach yoga internationally. Completion of the 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training earns you the designation of RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with eligibility to register with the Yoga Alliance.

Will I be eligible and qualified to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga after the course?

Upon meeting all requirements and having your 1-hour practicum video recording observed, you will receive a certificate enabling you to obtain liability insurance and seek employment as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher. Our internationally recognized certification acknowledges your completion of the online yoga teacher training program under the guidance of Julia Forest.

Is the curriculum the same for the self-paced and live virtual programs?

The prenatal yoga teacher training content is consistent across both the online and 85-hour self-paced training options. Postnatal training is integrated into the self-paced program and available as an add-on for the live virtual training.

What is the pace of the course and time commitment?

Recognizing the demands of family and work, our online yoga teacher training courses offer flexibility, allowing you to progress at your own pace. The live virtual program covers most course content during scheduled class hours.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for our online courses due to the substantial investment of time and energy in creating the course content and videos. Your access to these materials holds significant value. However, should you encounter health concerns preventing program completion, please contact us for further assistance.

If I have already completed my 200-hour YTT, does this count towards my continuing education requirements?

Yes! Our course qualifies for continuing education credits with the Yoga Alliance, and you can also upgrade your Yoga Alliance membership to include registered prenatal yoga teacher (RPYT) status.
