Do I need a 200-hour certification to take the course?
While prior teaching experience is beneficial, it’s not mandatory. Familiarity and previous experience with yoga terminology in Sanskrit and English is recommended to facilitate understanding. Having a background in yoga practice enhances the assimilation of course content.

Is this a Yoga Alliance certified program?
Yes, our program is Yoga Alliance certified.
Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) with Yoga Alliance.
We are a registered yoga school (rys) for the 200 hour, 300 hour, and 85 hour prenatal levels. Upon successful completion of one of the previously mentioned programs, you are eligible to register with the yoga alliance as a registered yoga teacher (RYT), and will be certified to teach yoga internationally. Once you’ve met all the requirements of the 85 hour prenatal yoga teacher training you’ll receive the designation of RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher) with eligibility to register with yoga alliance.

Will I be eligible and qualified to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga after the course?

Yes, the prenatal yoga teacher training content is identical for both programs. Postnatal training is included in the self-paced program and available as an add-on for the live virtual program.

We recognize the significant demands of family life, especially when balancing the care of small children with work and daily responsibilities. Our online yoga teacher training courses offer the flexibility to accommodate your busy schedule. You can progress at your own pace by reviewing videos and navigating through the course manual and workbook according to your availability. While we encourage completing the self-paced course within one year, our start-together option typically spans about 7 months.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for our online courses due to the substantial investment in course development. However, if you encounter health concerns preventing course completion, please contact us for assistance.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
Live sessions are recorded for your reference after each session. If you are on the dona accredited track and you must miss due to an emergency or unexpected conflict, you must write to us for approval. If you miss a session, you must watch it before our following live session to keep up with the pace of the program. Unapproved absences will result in a certificate of participation in lieu of the dona doula workshop certification.

We offer various course itineraries. Please refer to our schedule for detailed information. If I am already completing my 200-hour YTT, does this count towards my Continuing Education requirements?
Yes! Our course fulfills Continuing Education requirements with the Yoga Alliance. You can also upgrade your membership to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).
